See view house in Andros island, Greece for 8 persons. 3 bedrooms of 1 with TV and private bathroom, a second bathroom, very well equipped kitchen ,living room with another TV, 2 terrasses of 1 very large with barbecue , table for 10 persons, and see view. Private 8×4 swimming pool with sujnbed and armchairs . Little Weight training area for adults only..
Garden,,little coffe area with a partial see view. Possibility to park 2/3 cars in the garden.
Very quiet aéra. 6 minutes drive to a very nice beach or 20 minutes walk . Near the port ( 7 minutes drive ) with all amenities, bars and restaurants.
Beds ready at your arrival , towels and foutas for the swimming pool provided .shampoo and shower gels at your disposal .
Baby cot on request (Free of charge).
City tax 15 euros per night per booking is already included in the price.
Àndros is a quiet island , not too touristic and still typical.
Very noces beaches, some equipped and itehrs ones not. good restaurants.
A lot of trails all over the island. Walks during all the year and very pleasant in spring and autumn.
b ) For a cancellation between 2 and 3 months before the scheduled date, the refund of the deposit will
be 50%.
c) For a cancellation between 1 and 2 months before the scheduled date, the refund of the deposit will
be 20%.
d) If the cancellation occurs 1 month or less before the rental date, the owner will keep the entire deposit.
e) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
To book, a deposit of 25% of the total amount has to be paid by transfer in the following week of the booking
Beyond this date, this rental proposal will be cancelled.
• At the lastest, 1 month before the arrival the balance of the amount has to be paid by bank transfer.
• The security deposit of 1000 € is secured by credit card on the Swikly platform, via the link that will be communicated 1 month before the arrival.
