How to Add Listing

This guide will walk you through the process of creating your first property listing on Accomdirect.

Getting Started

Navigate to your administration panel and click the “Add New Listing” button to begin.

1. Description Section

Fill in the following required fields:

  • Property name
  • Category
  • Room Type
  • Maximum number of guests

You can also add a detailed property description in this section.

Once completed, proceed to the next section.

2. Price Section

Configure all pricing-related settings:

  • Lowest price per night
  • Discounted price per night (can be set for different time periods)
  • Cleaning fee
  • City Fee
  • Minimum nights of booking
  • Security Deposit

You can specify particular arrival or departure days if needed.

Additional Services

To offer extra services with your accommodation:

  1. Enter the service details in the “Extra Options” field
  2. Click “Add Option” to save

Price Calendar

For periods requiring higher nightly rates:

  1. Select the start and end dates
  2. Set your custom price for that period

3. Images Section

Upload photos of your rental property.

Important notes:

  • Remain on the page until all images are fully uploaded
  • Double-click any image to set it as the main photo

4. Details Section

Provide comprehensive property information:

Property Specifications:

  • Size of the property
  • Number of bedrooms and beds (after filling in the number of beds, you will be able to fill in the types of beds in detail, including the option of a studio)
  • Number of bathrooms (specify if private or shared)

Check-in Settings:

  • Check-in and Check-out hours
  • Late Check-in availability
  • Private Entrance (yes/no)
  • Family Friendly status

Policies:

  • Cancellation Policy
  • Accommodation rules:
    • Smoking Allowed
    • Pets Allowed
    • Party Allowed
    • Children Allowed
  • Use the “Other Rules” field for any additional rules not listed

5. Location Section

Set your property’s location:

  1. Enter the City
  2. Enter the Address
  3. Select appropriate options from the drop-down menus (other fields will auto-populate)
  4. Click “Place Pin with Address” to automatically position the pin on the map
  5. Verify the location is correct

6. Amenities Section

Select all amenities available at your property, such as:

  • Air Conditioner
  • Kitchen
  • TV
  • Wireless Internet
  • Other applicable amenities

Click “Continue” when finished.

7. Availability Section

Manage your reservations manually in this section.

Calendar Integration: To sync your Accomdirect calendar with other platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb.com, etc.), refer to the instructions on the Help Center page.

Final Step

Click the “Save” button to submit your listing.

Your property will now be reviewed by administrators. You will receive an email notification once your listing is approved and live on the platform.
