How to Sync Your Accomdirect Calendar with Booking.com or Airbnb.com
This guide explains how to connect your Accomdirect calendar with other booking platforms to manage availability across multiple channels.
Getting Started
- Go to your administration panel
- Click on “My Listings”
- Select the property you want to sync
- Click “Edit” to open the property settings
Setting Up Calendar Synchronization
- Navigate to the “Availability” section
- You will see fields for adding iCalendar feeds
Importing Calendars from Other Platforms
To sync calendars from Booking.com or Airbnb.com to Accomdirect:
- Obtain your Feed URL from the other platform (refer to the platform-specific instructions provided by Booking.com or Airbnb.com)
- Paste the Feed URL into the appropriate field in Accomdirect
- Save the page
Exporting Your Accomdirect Calendar
To share your Accomdirect calendar with other listing platforms:
- Locate your generated iCalendar feed (displayed above the section where you add other calendars)
- Copy this URL
- Add it to your other booking platforms using their calendar import features
This two-way synchronization ensures your availability stays up-to-date across all platforms, preventing double bookings.
