Il-Qastna is a modern, fully detached property completed in 2019, designed to offer comfort, space, and complete privacy. From the upper floors, guests can enjoy unobstructed countryside views with no buildings behind—an increasingly rare find in Malta. At sunrise and sunset, the sky transforms into beautiful reddish hues, offering a truly memorable and colourful experience. This tranquil setting creates the perfect environment to unwind. Guests can make full use of the BBQ area for outdoor dining or cool off with a refreshing dip in the splash pool with spa jets. During the summer months, Il-Qastna offers a unique opportunity to experience Malta’s vibrant village festas. On festa days, nearby towns come alive with music, lights, and celebrations. One of the highlights is the spectacular fireworks displays, which can often be enjoyed directly from the terraces—allowing guests to take in the colourful shows from the comfort and privacy of the property. Ideally located, the house is just minutes away from Malta’s largest family park and only a 5-minute drive from St Thomas Bay in Marsascala, making it a perfect base for both relaxation and exploration.
We like meeting people and sharing different cultures. Joseph, a software engineer, likes football and Mandy, who works in finance, runs a dancing school close by. We also have a family wine business – Casavini Ltd We enjoy being of an input in creating memories for people, their families and friends.
The property is located in a quiet area in Zejtun, and very close to St. Thomas sandy beach in Marsascala, which can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There is a butcher and grocer located a couple of doors away from the property. It is about 6km away from the Malta International Airport. There is a direct bus from the airport (every hour) which stops a couple of metres away from the property.
