Looking for the perfect place for a summer vacation? We offer for rent a modern, fully equipped apartment in the prestigious area of La Zenia (Orihuela Costa), where you will find everything for relaxation and entertainment within walking distance.

Facilities and layout (max. 4 people)
The apartment offers comfortable amenities with two bedrooms:

Bedrooms: 1x double bed, 1x single bed with a quality pull-out second bed.

Living area: Comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and dining area.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher.

Terrace: Large terrace with sun loungers and seating – ideal for peaceful breakfasts or evening relaxation.

Bonus: Shared pool directly in the complex and free parking right in front of the house.
Great location and accessibility
Beach: Renowned sandy beach La Zenia just 850 m away (approx. 10-12 min walk). Here you will also find a beach bar, the option to purchase sun loungers with umbrellas, and a restaurant with a view.

Shopping and services: Giant shopping center La Zenia Boulevard (400 m), restaurants (100 m), supermarket and services (200 m).

Transport: Bus stop with connections to Alicante, for example, is only 400 m from the house. Upon request, we are happy to arrange airport transfers for you.

Tips for trips for health and beauty
The area offers unique natural wonders worth visiting:

Pink Lake (Salinas de Torrevieja): A short distance from us, you will find the fascinating pink salt lake. In addition to stunning photos, it offers a high concentration of iodine and minerals in the air, which has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract and immunity.

Mud baths of Mar Menor: The nearby lagoon is famous for its healing mud. Wraps in this mud have great regenerative effects on the skin, help with rheumatism, and joint problems.

Reservations and prices (Summer 2026)
Available dates: 1st July 2026 – 30th September 2026

Price: from €120 / night for the entire apartment.

Cleaning: €75 (one-time fee).

Minimum stay: 11 nights.
