These are two apartments in one. It is possible to use only one part or connect both of them.
Up to 8 sleeping places, 2 bathrooms, two equipped kitchens, and two parts of the garden.

Apartment 1 – open space
It includes a double bed and a sofa that can be used as a bed, Tv, wi-fi , coffe machine , washing machine , air conditioners, heating, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and garden.
It can accommodate 3 people (with an extra bed up to 4)

Apartment 2
It is for 4 people (with an extra bed for 5) and includes a room with a double bed, another room with two single beds, a bathroom, garden, and fully equipped kitchen.
Borh rooms are with air conditioners, heating, wi-fi ,Tv, washing machine, coffee machine etc.

Price from: 80 € ( for example – for two persons out of season )
Price for one apartament – from 80€ to 120 € per night

Check-in and Check-out by appointment (flexible)

The apartment is located on metro line A between Battistini and Cornelia stations, 4km from the Vatican, 10 minutes walk from the metro, and 3 stops to the Vatican. And within 20 minutes to the center ( Spanish stairs).
The apartments are located in a quiet part of the city, but just a few steps from the main street with shops and restaurants. There is also a market and a convenience store nearby.

Rome have two airports, Ciampino and Fiumicino, we offer airport transfer for a fee of 30 € for one trip

Ciampino – bus 520 + metro , train + metro , taxi

Fiumicino
Train directly from the airport for 14 € per person to the “Termini” stop and then by metro for 1.50 € to our accommodation at Battistini or Cornelia – metro A
Bus tickets can be purchased for 6-8€ per person.
Taxi 55 €.
