Coco View Villa is conveniently located in a country hillside setting surrounded by lush plantations. Organic fruit and vegetables in garden! Save on groceries! The view truly is spectacular; we’ve been told numerous times that it’s one of the most incredible on the island.

This scenic villa is abundant in flora and fauna and you can just sit on the deck and enjoy the beauty all day and all night long! The sunrises and full moons are incredible as they shine across the ocean. The breezes are fabulous and wonderful to have in the Caribbean heat! The villa faces the south east which provide great natural breeze and perfect temperatures in the afternoon! Direct Caribbean afternoon sun can be stifling. This villa has the ultimate Caribbean exposure!

Each deck is private and has over 300 sq ft of outdoor space and the villa is situated on a half acre of beautiful palms, flowers, and fruit and vegetables for your dining pleasure! In the season, we can also arrange for crab and lobster to be brought to you! Chef available upon request. Fine West Indian Caribbean cuisine. All types of cuisine available as well.

Coco View Villa is situated on a lush hillside overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. The villa has one king bedroom suite available. The 1/2 acre property has fruit trees and a number of garden vegetables for your dining pleasure! It’s an eco friendly environment that is located close to the International airport and beaches of white sand that are famous for kite and wind surfing! All amenities available within 10 minute drive. There is great local dining as well.
Coconut Suite: 1 bdrm, king with full kitchen and 300 sq ft of deck.

The unit is completely furnished with modern high quality furnishing and is completely private.

Guests have laundry access, amazing wifi, cable and all the amenities of home!

The gardens include a variety of fruits and vegetable of which some are available year round, others seasonal: pineapple, banana (8 varieties), mango, coconut, apple (golden & love), orange, lime, lemon, grapefruit, passion fruit, avocado, sugar cane, onions, lettuce, tomato, potato (white & sweet), eggplant, Caribbean ground provisions (tania, dashene & breadfruit). Flora includes Palm trees (Traveller, Saw Palmeto, Christmas, Coconut), Bird of Paradise, Allamanda, Ixora, Firecracker, Hibiscus, and Bougainvillea. Our local farmers quite often deliver what isn’t available in the garden to the villa. Or you can take a walk and go pick them yourselves! The hillside and villa are a Garden of Eden! Albeit predominantly seasonal, always some available!

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are 4 fresh water springs on the hillside and two of them are used in bottling Bamboo Springs water. It’s a small plant hidden in a banana farm higher up the hillside. Morning walking tours can be arranged, 5 kms in the countryside area with challenging hills (if desired).
