This comprehensive guide covers the essential features and functions for property owners on the Accomdirect platform.

Getting Started

To get started, go to the Accomdirect.com homepage.

Registration

Accomdirect offers two registration types: Owner and Traveler.

To register as a property owner:

  1. Click “Sign Up”
  2. Fill in the required information:
    • Username
    • Email
    • Password
  3. Select “I want to add my property”
  4. Agree to the Accomdirect terms & conditions
  5. Click “Create an account”

My Profile

After registration, you’ll be directed to the My Profile page where you can:

Set Up Verified Owner Status:

  • Upload your profile picture (right side of the page)
  • Upload a scan of your ID
  • This status increases your chances of getting bookings
  • Your ID will be visible to customers on your profile and property details but not displayed publicly

Account Management:

  • Change your password
  • Delete your account if needed

Add New Listing

Access this page to enter new accommodation offers after purchasing your subscription. Detailed instructions for creating offers are sent to your email after subscription payment.

Instructions for adding a property can also be found on the Help Center page.

My Inbox

Manage all communication with customers through this messaging center.

Translation Feature:

  1. In the upper section, select your preferred language
  2. Click “Save Settings”
  3. Use the “Translate Entire Conversation” button in conversation details to translate messages into your selected language

My Subscriptions

View and purchase subscription plans on this page.

Subscription Options:

  • Plans with Featured status (promotion capability)
  • Plans without Featured status
  • Each plan includes a specific number of listing slots

Purchase Process:

  1. Select your preferred subscription
  2. Click “Get started”
  3. Complete payment through the Stripe payment gateway
  4. Fill in billing information
  5. Invoice will be automatically sent to your email after purchase

All in One Calendar

View all your reservations in a consolidated calendar view.

Features:

  • See availability for all properties at a glance
  • Identify when specific offers are available
  • Modify accommodation prices directly

Favorites

Save and access your favorite listings by clicking the heart icon next to any offer.

My Bookings

Manage all bookings for your properties on this page.

Creating a Booking:

  1. Click “Add Booking”
  2. Select the property
  3. Fill in required information:
    • Arrival and departure dates
    • Number of guests
    • Customer’s email address
  4. The system will check if the customer is registered on Accomdirect
  5. If registered, a notification will be created for them on their My Reservations page
  6. Add any notes
  7. Click “Create Booking”

Canceling a Booking:

  • Click “Cancel my own booking” to cancel any reservation

My Reservations

This page shows properties where you, as an owner, have made reservations through the Accomdirect website for personal use.

How Travelers Find and Book Your Property?

Understanding the booking process helps you respond appropriately to inquiries.

Traveler Search Process:

  1. Travelers enter their destination on the home page
  2. Select arrival and departure dates
  3. Specify number of guests (optional)
  4. Click “Search”
  5. Available properties matching their criteria are displayed
  6. Additional filters are available in the upper section

Booking Request Process:

  1. Travelers click on property details
  2. Write a message to you (the owner)
  3. Enter their dates, number of guests, and message
  4. Agree to the Privacy Policy
  5. Click “Send Message”

Important: Submitting the inquiry form does NOT create a reservation. You must create the booking after confirming availability and details with the traveler via message. Travelers send requests and wait for your confirmation
